A new, modern single page scrolling website, is delivered for interior design experts jwdesign.
We were so excited to work with the superb photographic portfolio of jwdesign, so the team initially set about with aaah’s and oooh’s, before getting to the nitty gritty of the website design itself from bluemango.media design.
Joan Webb, founder of jwdesign, is renowned for her inventive use of space, materials and eye for detail, so, with design and innovation being at the forefront, the fully responsive website was designed with slick, single page scrolling, which is both visually appealing and offers great user experience adding speed to browsing.
Working with their stunning project photography, we created an image-driven website, complemented by simple clean typography, the home page features a full screen slider, taking advantage of the aesthetics of the featured projects, including interior design projects decorating with new furniture and a custom wallpaper so your wall look great as well.

The brief was simple, it needs to be future-proof, it needs to be fast and easy to update and it needs to be easy to navigate.
We like things to be simple and we delivered it in abundance with I Do Wedding Exhibition’s latest website update. With I Do already hosting 4 large scale wedding exhibitions and a fifth one on the horizon a future-proofed easy to use website was top of the agenda.
With new exhibitors being added on almost a daily basis and by various staff members, business plan consultants to refine ideas and strategies, a new content managed system was devised much to the delight of the less technical I Do team members. There’s now no need for website design skills or software to edit the site, you can be logged in and have it updated in seconds.
The 4 shows each have a secondary menu so a simpler navigation system was also introduced, enabling brides to look around the site easily and more to the point, download and purchase their show tickets.
Take a look around the site at www.ido-weddingexhibitions.co.uk and if you’re planning a wedding why not get yourself a ticket!

We were very excited to see our friends over at stylish 315 in the latest edition of Yorkshire Life. We even spotted our very own Richard and jwdesign gracing the pages.
315, who offer fine dining, contemporary cuisine, stylish event space, lavish bedrooms and now, a state-of the-art health spa and well-being centre.
Wilson Design’s Heather and Richard were invited along by 315’s Head Chef, Jason Neilson to enjoy a four course meal in celebration of the launch of the new spa, which, along with the restaurant and rooms, has been luxuriously styled and finished by the talented interior designer Joan Webb of jwdesign.
We have been working with 315 since they began building back in 2011. Embarking on their branding project, we working closely with Joan of jwdesign to ensure that everything worked seamlessly throughout. It has been great seeing this stylish establishment grow and extend.
Congratulations 315, Jason never fails to impress with his high quality modern cuisine and reading the article has made us want to visit again very soon!

LD Environmental Solutions launch their new, more functional website.
Offering a multitude of environmental services to both domestic and commercial customers, their new website makes browsing through over 40 services a breeze.
Creating 5 main categories from which to navigate their new clean, contemporary website is more functional and user-friendly. Such websites, which go by the sobriquet of Expired Domains, can easily be bought from Spamzilla.
Creative design is often discounted because it is not defined correctly. Companies think that creative designing is simple about hiring a graphic designer. Companies tend to treat creative design as synonymous with visual design.
Creative design is not only about visual design but also functionality, review a strategy with a Sydney graphic design expert and find the best way to increase and boost your website. Visual design is an important element in creative design but is only one element. The creative design also depends on the effective use of words and representing action and motion.
Creative design tells a story.
Creative designs can exist in many forms. They can be ads, or videos, or contests, or apps, or e-commerce sites. Start Your Dropshipping Website Here. Setting up your dropshipping website is actually the simplest part of the entire process because there are so many “easy to use” options available today.
Getting the attention of visitors
The creative design gets the attention of your customers. It shows things in a brand new way.
Also, it helps customers understand what they need. Customers could discover how they can choose a better option to meet that need. Furthermore, interesting content creates customer motivation. The benefits of creative design are related to what makes it good in the eyes of customers.
Characteristics of good design are that it is:
Memorable
Clear
Credible
Relevant
Special and unique
That is hard to achieve – which is why the design is referred to as creative.
So the test of creative design is to ask if it is truly creative. Will customers notice it, and feel favorably inclined to take action because of it? If they will, the design will deliver tangible business benefits.
Different ideas
Sometimes being better means being different. This comes to the fore when it comes to web sites. In other words, creatives who want to stand out must focus less on doing it best, and more on doing it differently.
A creative idea can come from another idea and come up with something different and new. If you can learn to do this over and over, you will know how to create fresh, inspiring work of your own time. If you can do this and also make it look amazing, then you will succeed as a designer and creative.

What is Functional Design?
Functional Design is a used to simplify the design of hardware and software devices. A functional design assures that every part of a device works with the least effects on other parts. As a method, it’s used to look at any given system from a functional point of view, making it easier to modify, study or reuse.
Advantages of Functional Design
Considering product goals
One of the main characteristics of the functional design is to show the purpose of the product. For example, the goal of a screwdriver to drive screws. Although there are many innovations in screwdriver design, the purpose must be obvious. Screwdrivers can be with more ergonomic handles, ratchet-assemblies, magnetic tips and exchangeable heads. But in the end, they all must drive screws.
When it comes to websites, their goal is to give information or to sell. For instance, Amazon shows reviews, compares product prices, promote a brand and enable the purchase. But for the people who use it, the most important purpose is – to sell. On the other hand, the purpose of a blog is to provide interesting information.
